Detox Your Body with the Cleansing Diet

After you feel that you had enough with the diet pattern, don’t go back immediately eating something as you used to have. Start by gradually adding more cooked foods. After a week of the transitioning for the Diet Cleansing program back to a more regular diet, you would be able to start the normal food again.
